Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel or modify your reservation without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined below.

2. Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 24 hours before reservation: No charge
  • 12-24 hours before reservation: 25% of the reservation total
  • 4-12 hours before reservation: 50% of the reservation total
  • Less than 4 hours before reservation: 100% of the reservation total
  • No-show: 100% of the reservation total

3. Special Event Reservations

For reservations marked as "Special Event," different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Typically, special event reservations require cancellation at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.

4. Group Reservations

For group reservations (8 or more guests):

  • More than 7 days before reservation: No charge
  • 3-7 days before reservation: 25% of the reservation total
  • 24-72 hours before reservation: 50% of the reservation total
  • Less than 24 hours before reservation: 100% of the reservation total

5. Venue-Specific Policies

Some venues may have their own cancellation policies that differ from our standard policy. When applicable, the venue-specific policy will be clearly displayed during the booking process and will take precedence over our standard policy.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your reservation through the following methods:

  • Through your account on the ZapaziMe website or app
  • By clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email
  • By contacting our customer support team at support@zapazime.com

7. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
  • If you paid using a third-party payment service, the refund timing may depend on their processing times.

8. Modifications to Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations (such as time, date, or guest count) are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and new booking if made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, venue closure, health emergencies), we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Documentation may be required to support claims of exceptional circumstances.
